Step 1: Register the product purchased on LG Electronics HK official website.

    -    URL:  https://www.lg.com/hk_en/support/product-support/product-registration/.
    -    Once completed, a product registration confirmation email will be sent to you within 24 hours after submission.
    -    Print the product registration confirmation email as the supporting document for the gift redemption purpose.


Step 2: Submit the gift registration online.

    -    Click “Next” below to start the gift registration online.
    -    Once the online registration form is submitted successfully, an email and/or a WhatsApp* notification for the gift registration
         confirmation will be sent in accordance with the information you provided.  

         <*WhatsApp notification is only available with the valid Hong Kong mobile phone number provided.>


Step 3: Confirmation of gift collection period

    -    Once your gift registration has been verified, you will receive an email and/or WhatsApp* confirmation for the gift collection period.

Step 4: Gift collection at the selected redemption centre

    -    Once you have received the confirmation of gift collection period, please bring along ALL the following supporting documents
         to the redemption center location previously selected within the designated gift collection period.
    -    Supporting documents required for gift collection:

        1)    Customer’s original copy of the HKID Card / Passport as registered
        2)    Eligible purchase invoice and electronic payment receipt with date falling within the promotion period (original and photocopy)
        3)    The email or WhatsApp confirmation for gift collection period
        4)    Relevant product online registration confirmation email (printable version)

    -    If the registrant authorized the representative to collect the entitled gift, the authorized representative must present the
         additional supporting documents below when gift collection:

        1)    Authorization letter signed by the registrant
        2)    Registrant’s valid ID Card
